Construction - Pro Line

Pro Line Series stacker race trailers are designed smart and built tough to withstand the rigors of the road and the demands of the track. In fact, construction is what sets Haulmark apart from the competition.

Built solid

Trailer frame

We build each trailer on hefty 6 x 6-inch I-beams, powder coated to prevent rust, and C-channel cross members are set 16-inches on center for superior structural integrity.

Reinforced wheel wells. Each wheel well is reinforced to provide the maximum legal exterior height and free up headroom without sacrificing frame strength.

Sturdy roof. The heavy-duty, crowned FRP roof is a Haulmark exclusive. Its center is higher than the edges, ensuring rapid water runoff. The roof is so strong, no modification is necessary to support an observation deck.

Tongue assembly. As a further indication of Haulmark’s heavy-duty construction, our tag hitch trailers have a patented A-frame tongue assembly. It marries an 8-inch tube tongue to the I-beams for incredible strength while setting an unparalleled standard for an integrated towing system.

Superb suspension

Suspension

We build each Pro Line Series trailer on the suspension designed for your needs and requirements. All of our trailers have triple axles, spring ride and radial tires. Air ride suspension is available as an option.
